The Pawsh Salon is open Tuesday through Saturday and we book appointments from 9AM until 3PM. Appointments book up quickly so please schedule your dog's groom at least two weeks in advance. We can be reached at 617-391-0880. See below for more information about our grooming services.

SALON POLICIES

Owner must sign a grooming agreement form confirming their dog is up to date on all vaccinations and agreeing to our salon policies.
Upon drop off, the groomer will inform the owner how long the groom will take. If owners need to pick their dog up within a certain timeframe, please alert us when making the appointment. Dogs must be picked up within one hour of groom completion or containment fee of $10 per half hour will apply.
First-time customers are required to meet with the groomer for a brief consultation at the beginning of their appointment.
If necessary, please call within 24 hours to cancel a scheduled appointment. If an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged a no-show fee of $25.
We understand the challenges of getting to appointments on time, but to serve our other clients, we will need to reschedule your appointment if you’re more than 20 minutes late ($25 no-show fee will apply).
Due to equipment limitations, we have to take the dog's weight and length into consideration. Depending on the length, we can normally accomodate up to 100-120 pounds. If you have a large breed dog, please call us to discuss.
All quoted prices are subject to change based on the condition of the dog's coat upon arrival.
Owners are not permitted to wait in the grooming area while their dog is being groomed. You are welcome to wait in the retail store until the groom is completed.
